Over a decade of business change & transformation experience has given me the opportunity to see what works best, and the pitfalls to avoid when leading system implementations, business change and process improvements.
I have a talent for examining businesses holistically and I am experienced in programme & project management, requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, analysing ‘as-is’ processes and defining ‘to-be’ and quickly identifying where improvements can be made.
With social intelligence, I can maximise engagement through my natural ability to easily build relationships with colleagues and suppliers. This has proven to enable me to drive successful change delivery, whether that be incremental gain or complex business transformation.
In previous projects I have delivered ‘to-be’ designs for large-scale end to end business / ERP transformation programmes and have led business readiness streams in organisations of varying complexity from SME to FTSE 100.
